Author Biography
I am an educated sports physiotherapist from Oslo, specializing in foot-related overuse injuries. For the past 25 years, I have had the opportunity to focus on foot-related issues. I conduct courses for other physiotherapists and podiatrists in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark on the topic of feet, and I am often invited to speak at various interdisciplinary conferences and "spring meetings."
I run my own clinic, “Løp- og Idrettsklinikken” in Asker, where I treat many patients with various foot issues. I receive referrals from other professionals, including doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors, podiatrists, and nearby hospitals, because of my expertise and extensive experience with foot-related conditions.
I have written several articles for various professional journals and have been invited for interviews in different industry publications. I have also appeared twice on "God Morgen Norge - TV2," where I discussed foot health.
